Is it necessary to register for booking Hotel/Event/Activities/Travel?

Although registering is not a compulsion, we would suggest you to register on our website, since it would allow you to view your entire booking history and avail the exciting offers.

Well, the simplest reason being that it is for the security of your transaction and also so that the booking confirmation can be sent to you via SMS. What's more, you also get the dope on discounts and offers.

As soon as your booking is confirmed, a confirmation e-mail and SMS containing your booking details are sent across to the contact details entered while booking. In case you have not received the confirmation e-mail/SMS, please click on the 'Resend Confirmation' button on the homepage and enter the contact details used while transacting, a confirmation e-mail/SMS would be resent to you.

I booked Hotel/Event/Activities/Travel through the website but did not get the confirmation email/SMS.

In case your confirmation details are lost, click on the 'Resend Confirmation' link on the website to resend the confirmation e-mail and SMS. Alternately, please call us on 968 24299557.

I accidentally booked my Hotel/Event/Activities/Travel for today instead of tomorrow, can you change it?

Hotel/Event/Activities/Travel once booked is deemed sold. Hence it is not possible to cancel, replace, or refund a confirmed booking.

I had booked Hotel/Event/Activities/Travel through Click-Oman, but the confirmation has been cancelled now. How do I get the refund?

In case of booking cancellation, the amount will be refunded to you within a week. If it has been longer than a week, please contact us on 968 24299557, chat with us or write to us support@woftoman and we will take this up on priority and ensure the refund is done immediately.

I am not interested in a full Tour package. All I want is hotels and transportation? Can I book just these?

Yes, you can take just a part of a particular tour. Please email support@woftoman us your exact requirements and our customer service representative will send you a breakup of what you have asked for along with the cost. You can book hotel(s) and car(s) through the respective sections directly as well.

This is a very rare situation, and can occur in case of a network fluctuation at the venue at the time of confirming the transaction. In this case, a reverse request for the charge on your card will be sent by us the same day to the bank.

You can find Coupons when you book Hotel/Event/Activities/Travel. The Coupons can be seen after you select your Hotel/Event/Activities/Travel for a specific date. If you happen to miss them while booking your Hotel/Event/Activities/Travel, you can check the coupon on our homepage.

How long is the Coupon valid?

The Coupons are valid from the date of the Hotel/Event/Activities/Travel booking till days specified for the brand campaign. The Start date and Expiry date for the Coupon will be clearly displayed while picking the coupon. You won’t be able to avail the coupon before and after the coupon validity.

What happens if the service provider refuses to give me a discount?

The Service Provider has the final authority on accepting the coupon and giving a discount. The Service Provider has the right to refuse and change any coupon terms and conditions based on their convenience.
